Do your products leave a white cast?

Many of our most popular formulas, like Unseen Sunscreen, are 100% invisible. For our mineral-based products, we use specialized formulations designed to blend seamlessly into a wide range of skin tones.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Can I return a product if it doesn't work for me?

Yes, we want you to love your SPF. We accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Are Supergoop! products cruelty-free and reef-friendly?

Absolutely. We are a cruelty-free brand and all of our formulas are reef-friendly, meaning they are formulated without Oxybenzone or Octinoxate.

How often should I reapply my sunscreen?

For maximum protection, we recommend reapplying your SPF at least every two hours, or more frequently if you are swimming or sweating.
