We want you to love your SPF, but if something isn't right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your product for a different formula or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original box or any sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
